The Sun Valley Landowners and Residents Association meets the 1st and 3rd Wednesday at 6:00 PM of every month. 5360 Sun Valley Blvd. The Sun Valley Landowners building was constructed in 1944 on land given by the Gepford Family. From 1975 until 2005, Washoe County leased the building to house the Sun Valley Senior Center. The building continues to be run by a board which oversees the Food Pantry. The Association holds events such as bingo and has the hall available for party rentals and flea markets. If you would like to become a member call Charlotte at 673-6412.

PLAY BINGO

Bingo Games are held at the Sun Valley Landowners/Residents Association at 5360 Sun Valley Blvd. Games are held from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month. Cash Jackpot Blackout Game on the final play. We play 10 games.

Three cards for $6.00 and .50 CENTS for each additional card. Pick your own prize. Come Join the fun. Must be 21 to play.

The purpose of this organization will be to promote the welfare of all citizens within the Sun Valley area, as well as develop a cooperative working relationship to improve the morale of all concerned citizens of the Sun Valley Community.

The Sun Valley Landowners/Residents Association is having a membership drive. Meetings are the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month at 6:30 pm. You only need to be a Sun Valley resident to be a member. Everyone is Welcome. Dues are $15.00 per year. After joining you will be eligible for our Membership Drive Contest. The member who signs up the most new members by the first meeting in November is the winner of a $100.00 Ross Dept Store Gift Card. Applications are available at 5360 Sun Valley Blvd, it's the Blue Building or the bulletin board at Warehouse Market

We hold bingo games, craft fairs, bake sales, and Sun Valley's largest community garage sale. We are open to new suggestions. We are a non profit organization founded in 1948 for the greater good of the Sun Valley Community. The land was donated to the citizens of Sun Valley by the Gepford Family and is operated by a working board of directors who are elected by the vote of the membership. We invite you to come down and join the fun, there is something for everyone. Application form here.
